About these terms

This website is operated by Fleet Sales NZ Limited ("Fleet Sales", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This site gives information about Fleet Sales and the equipment we currently have listed. We're a brokerage: we sell trucks and fleet equipment on behalf of the owners and charge a fee for doing so.

The site is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, and using the site doesn't create any agreement to buy or sell equipment. Any sale is dealt with directly, the way it always is, person to person.

Stock listings

The equipment shown on our stock page is pulled through from our Trade Me listings and displayed at a high level. Each listing links to its full details on Trade Me.

• Trade Me is the source of truth for full details, photos, price and availability.
• Listings on this site may not always be completely current, as they sync from Trade Me on a schedule.
• Descriptions, specifications, prices and availability can change, and equipment may sell without notice.
• The equipment we broker is secondhand and sold as described, without warranty unless stated. We recommend you inspect anything you're interested in and make your own checks before you commit to a purchase.

Third-party sites

Our site links to other sites, including Trade Me, Facebook and, for finance enquiries, finance providers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, or for how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Our content

The content on this site, including text, our logo and branding, is owned by Fleet Sales or used by us with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our agreement.

Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it's always complete, current or error free, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that results from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
